Can we fix it so no references to ServerCell in client? It is farcical having
refs to server in client.
bq. May be we can have ServerCellComparators?
That'd be a pain. If we did instanceof or checked an environment variable
isServerSide inside in this classes, how many instances would we have? On skim
of the patch, too many places are changed to take ServerCell rather than Cell.
