Yes we will need diff set of offset APIs for getting component offset in
buffer. But these are not added to Public Cell interface so ok IMO. Yes we
will have instanceof check instead of hasArray check and I try to limit that
only in Comparators and CellUtil. As of now things are going good. Still am
changing the code.
