The semvar rules (or our more conservative spin on them till we come up fully
on semvar) do not apply to non-public APIs. LimitedPrivate(COPROC) is not
public API. You talking about removing for hbase-2.0.0? Requiring CPs to change
to come up on 2.0.0 seems fine to me.
