Yes, I gave that comments on RB before for the condition. But the outputs are
backwards in the 98 patch v1 and v2. In v2 you just uploaded, it is still
+ return request.isMajor() ? ScanType.COMPACT_RETAIN_DELETES :
ScanType.COMPACT_DROP_DELETES;
Could you double check?
