No I mean.. You pointed out issue when a Cell size is > size of a buf from the
fixed sized buffer pool.
So in this case (in any case) when the current buf is not capable of taking
whole of the bytes, we will write whatever possible to cur buf. Get next buf
and write the remaining all or possible as per its size and so on.
