You have an example [~eshcar]? Seems totally wrong. Would agree w/ your, 
unlikely to come from client. Must be made by 'internals'.  [~anoop.hbase] and 
[~ram_krish], any ideas? Read-side we might have stuff like first-on-row but at 
write-time?
