BTW , when in memory flush or compaction happens, nothing goes to disk and so 
why the seqId accounting to wal.  U say some of the wals can be ignored.  
Ideally that is after the flush to disk.  Can u explain the need.  Pls add fat 
comments in code so that people wont ask again.
