bq. The #convert methods were public. We are just removing w/o deprecation step?
I think convert() methods should have been InterfaceAudience.Private in the
first place. We should not have been exposing PB to the users. There is already
toByteArray() / parseFrom(). So removing them should be fine (at least in 2.0).
Skimmed the patch. Looks good.
