[~anoop.hbase] That is pretty nice endorsement of your patch given above. Sweet.
One question. Who passes in the pool used by this new
PoolAwareByteBuffersOutputStream type? Is it RpcServer? Can we not just call
close on it rather than closeAndPutbackBuffers?
Is it a PoolAwareByteBuffersOutputStream or could it be a
ByteBuffersOutputStream (i.e. ByteBuffers plural) or if that is too hard to
distinguish, ByteBufferListOutputStream?
