Agreed, unfortunately, there is still a few Writables after all this time. I
think we do not auto-update the data in the ACL table (see
https://github.com/enis/hbase/commit/57e479d60c71a0e87e8b8b82f756bb8b4cf1e2c3#diff-fc4f00c92f05000f9e67dcb99dd268edR613)
We should open a bug to track these for 2.0.
