Actually this area of code is already having loops. Can we do this way then
Under Compactor.java we can create a method that always returns a Scan and we
would set scan.setreadType(ReadType.STREAM).
Let all the impl of different compactions use this Scan and override other
parameters. So that in StoreScanner there is no code change?
