For me, FNFE should not happen and if it happens then there must be serious
bugs that may cause data loss.
That's why I introduce a config, the intention is to disable the feature as we
used to always handle it silently...
On a mobile phone so can not find the related issues right now, will link them
here later. And I'm +1 on do not handle FNFE in our common code path.
