OK, I've uploaded the patch.v2 to fix the potential binary compatibility, The
FilterList can extend FilterBase or Filter, both work fine.
bq. If the release managers for other branch-1.x lines want to include this fix
then they could try to find a way to address the compatible problems
I'd like to fix this issue for all other branch-1.x , otherwise, once the
codebase changed, the relative branch need to rebase, and it waste much
attention.
