I looked at the original dev mailing list again. The two cases [~ghelmling]
raises, bypass on preDelete (Tephra) and bypass of preGet and
preIncrementAfterRRowLock are still in place.
Phoenix calls bypass on preIncrement. That is still in place.
Timeline Server calls bypass on preGet too.
I think that is it for the TODOs.
.011 address all the nice RB review.
