Is PrivateCellUtil used in Mutation? Is PCU what CU became?
TagUtil.clone => Tag.clone instead looks good.
Seeing this nice movement of util into Tag class makes me wonder how much we
could move into Cell.
Why is {@link PrivateCellUtil#MAX_TAGS_LENGTH} define, in PCU and not in Tag?
Is that all the methods we need to extract tags (Looking at ExtendedCell)?
Can you get rid of TagsUtil? Put in PCU?
Can TagType be a subclass of Tag?
I think this approach promising. I think it looks good. Can timeline server do
all it needs w/ the Tag vocabulary exposed here? Thanks.
