Ya. Some methods are totally internal. I don't think they are of any use to CPs
also.
bq.Should CPs know about CellBuilder types?
BuilderTypes are public. Ok on second thought I will remove the type and always
pass DEEP_COPY.
bq.Could the CPEnv know what type to return? i.e. if context is offheap
read/write, then offheap Cell?
CPEnv will now do always DEEP_COPY so it will be onheap cell only. Currently
ExtendedCellBuilder does not support BBs and it has only byte[].
