bq.Tag#get(Cell) might be best for now at this late stage but I should be able
to do Cell#getTags or at least ExtendedCell#getTags?
Yes. We will have ExtendedCell#getTags which will return a list of tags.
That was the point of discussion as I was feeling it is ok to do
ExtendedCell#getTags though the CP needed a type cast. If you all agree I can
update the patch accordingly.
