Looking at:
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/util/concurrent/TimeUnit.html?is-external=true#timedJoin(java.lang.Thread,
long)
InterruptedException would be thrown.
Using the API with time unit was a suggestion - doesn't have to be done with
this JIRA.
