But what I have tested is rolling upgrading from 1.4.3 to 2.1.0, so 'there
maybe issues rolling up to 2.1.x' is a bit weird. I think we just need to add
an experimental flag to tell user that the safest way is still to do a clean
restart, rolling upgrade is possible, but you should be careful as there maybe
some corner cases which are not mentioned in the instructions.
