bq. zk-less assignment is enabled, i.e, hbase.assignment.usezk is set true.
Isn't this contradictory ? We say to enable ZK less assignment and then we say
to use ZK for assignment.
If hbase.assignment.usezk is set true, means we will use ZK for region
assignment. Correct me if I have got it wrong.
