BTW, I've added the 'Incompatible Change' flag to HBASE-20148, where we added
the setSerial method to ReplicationPeerConfigBuilder.
And for the ReplicationPeer change, it is HBASE-19573, the change is a bit
strange, as the deprecated method does not exist before. Will take a look...
