includes changes only related to WalIdentity. (used master for pre-commit
jenkin build as HBASE-20952 yet to be rebased)
Goal is to have WalIdentity to carry the name of the WAL(or the path of wal)
across the framework instead of String/path but FS based implementations will
still use the path internally.
