Seems ya... For larger block size like 512KB also, we were adding flat 1KB
extra which might not be correct when it comes to extra ROW Index size. Also
it depends on the rowkey size too.. anyways lets do some experiment with this
with different block size and rk vs value size combination. Also if there are
good metric showing these size stats it can help admin. If we lack, good to add
those.
