Error-prone cleanups are not part of the RC process.
We utilize error-prone as part of Yetus QA. Only the error level issues cause
compilation failures that would get contributor or reviewer attention at that
time. Error-prone warnings do not rise to the level where they should also fail
PRs (IMHO). So, they might or might not be reviewed by the contributor. I don't
think we want to change this but if there is a real consensus to do otherwise,
fine by me.
Anyway, warnings will accumulate over time for this reason, and here we are
again sweeping them up.
