So just to summarize what to do with this issue:
- Change stopMaster() and shutdown() signature with "throws
AccessDeniedException" and have the try-catch block rethrow
AccessDeniedException (since it extends IOE)
- AccessController should wrap any exception that it doesn't want ignored with
an AccessDeniedException
Thoughts?
