information. Look at all the test code that got cleaned up because it never
cared about seqid
Could you have done same thing by having constructor that did not take a seqid?
You change a good bit of core code to entertain the new subclass? I'd rather
have test code bend over backward than core code?
Can you think of anything else that might go into a HRegionCacheLocation (that
would make sense in a class named HRegionCacheLocation)? Otherwise, would
suggest seqid go back into HRegionLocation?
What you reckon Sergey?
