bq. HRegionCacheLocation just has seqid in it now. Is that enough to justify
separate class? If you left it in RegionLocation, your patch would be a good
bit smaller again (smile).
I think it is better decision for the future, if we want to add more
information. Look at all the test code that got cleaned up because it never
cared about seqid :)
bq. Is the class comment on RegionOpeningException right? Is it copy/paste?
The locating-it code, yes.
