bq. Should we prefetch in multiples of the HDFS block size?
The cap is for the all the prefetchers, I'm not expecting to see each
prefetcher to get more than a few MBs of data. 10 perfetchers at 128MB each
would be a whole lot of data to keep in memory! :)
