2 failures are well known flaky/failing tests:
- query23: HIVE-15744
- vector_if_expr: HIVE-15776
the rest have been failing for several builds:
- schema_evol_text_vec_table - failing for 4 builds
- escape_comments - failing for 5 builds
- vector_between_in - failing for 16 builds
