`UIGit.open()` ignored the result of `TreeWalk.next()`, so for a file that a commit added (or deleted) the side without the file read the zero object id and failed with the `MissingObjectException` from the issue. `open()` now returns null when the commit doesn't have the file, and the visual diff loads that side as an empty pipeline or workflow, so everything shows up as added or removed like the text diff already does.
