Thanks! I reproduced it with hop-run: a failed action (1 error) → failure hop → Write to log, or Wait for, as the last action gives result=[true] and exit code 1. With a Success or a Dummy after it, the exit code is 0. It also happens after an action that is true but has errors (Delete folders with "errors less than"), so I wrote it as "after an action with errors".
