Can you please post patch files rather than links to external sites? It's
simple enough to get a patch file out of github. You just change
{{https://github.com/apache/incubator-htrace/pull/9/files}} to
{{https://github.com/apache/incubator-htrace/pull/9.patch}}, and so on. As I
already said, we need to make sure that everyone can review what you posted,
not just me, and that what you posted is accessible later.
Let's keep the discussion about HTRACE-363 on that JIRA, rather than here.
That JIRA is just a test which doesn't have anything to do with the Kudu span
receiver, which is what this JIRA is about.
