(specifically `licenses/`, `NOTICE`, and `LICENSE`).
2. **HBase 2.6.5 Verification:** Confirmed that the Docker/runtime
verification is green and fully functional. I verified this via two methods:
* **Manual Check:** Followed the steps outlined in `HBASE.md`.
* **CI Pipeline Check:** Verified locally using the exact steps executed
by the CI pipeline.
