Current head `bd69efb8` fixes the real org CI shutdown failure without changing the product timeout: the QEMU container now uses Docker's init process to reap the daemon Java process after a clean shutdown. Exact-head org validation now has two successful RISC-V jobs. The current check is [89155333088](https://github.com/hugegraph/hugegraph/actions/runs/29991545756/job/89155333088): 14/14 clean build, RAT, RocksDB-only distribution boundary, Dragonwell 11 Server VM, libatomic preload, JNI put/get/reopen, REST/Gremlin, both starts, restart persistence, both shutdowns, and container cleanup all passed. All current org checks other than HBase and Cluster have passed. HBase is still in its existing backend preparation step. Cluster failed at `Run multi cluster test` with the same connection-refused failure as the current `master` push [29979412455](https://github.com/hugegraph/hugegraph/actions/runs/29979412455), which does not touch this PR's files. The six Apache workflow suites for exact head `bd69efb8` are `action_required` with zero jobs.
