Source PR: https://github.com/hugegraph/hugegraph/pull/304. ## Purpose of the PR When two Loader imports share a graph, one finishing import can reset LOADING while the other is still writing. Give each import a principal-bound owner on the same live graph instance, and restore NONE only after the last owner releases. ## Main Changes Add protocol-1 capability and acquire/release controls with idempotent retries and cancellation of delayed acquisition. Reject legacy mode changes while owners remain active.
