This flag is the HiveTableOperations#TABLE_FROM_HIVE
("iceberg.table.from.hive").
We do not store this to the HMS, but we store this to the Iceberg table
since in the HiveTableOperations.doCommit(base, metadata) the metadata is
Immutable.
