Maybe this can be done by extending the
https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/main/spark/v4.0/spark/src/test/java/org/apache/iceberg/spark/sql/TestCTASEncryption.java
? This way, we won't have an unused table created before the test, and an
undeleted table after the test.
