`DataIterator` is a generic type. The actual `FileScanTaskReader` needs
to be provided when constructing `DataIterator`. Previously,
`FlinkInputFormat` constructs the extended class `RowDataIterator`, which is
removed in the PR. Now `FlinkInputFormat` constructs the
`RowDataFileScanTaskReader` and pass it into `DataIterator` constructor for
composition.
