Review comment:
       First, I think that using the SparkCatalog `listNamespaces` method means 
that you can catch the Spark exception rather than the Iceberg one. That method 
shouldn't throw Iceberg's exceptions.
   
   Next, if the namespace no longer exists, this should return `false` because 
the namespace doesn't exist and nothing was deleted by this method -- it must 
have happened concurrently.
