Review Comment:
   I changed `BooleanExpressionVisitor` to no longer be an abstract base class 
so as not to force expression visitors to have to override the methods for 
nodes that will be ignored. For example `BoundBooleanExpressionVisitor` takes 
no action when it visits an `And` node.
