[~jooger], I am not sure, just asking. The use case I had in mind is how to
distribute the metrics further? Consider the situation when we have a view
which collects local metrics from all nodes and display them to user. I would
expect that they all will be in the same timezone - user's timezone. In this
case UTF is better candidate, as this is an absolute time, which can be
converted to whatever needed form on user machine if needed.
