[~vozerov], [~jooger], can we get rid of {{deriveIndexType}} method from
{{IoStatisticsHolderIndex}} and move it to {{PageIO}}, for example? I think it
should be mandatory for the developer to define the statistics type when a new
{{PageIO}} type is added. Currently it is very easy to miss when a new index
type is added or current index structure changed.
