According to the question you asked, first, cube owner is not designed as a
part of the acl management system, whether the Planner tab is visible depends
on whether the logged-in user has acl permissions, we do not want to break the
protocol here;
Second, according to our local verification, when a user is authorized as the
ADMIN of the current project(not the MANAGEMENT), the tab can be seen, and the
problem you mentioned has not reproduced, is there more information or logs can
be provided? In addition, I want to confirm that the project admin you
mentioned is the MANAGEMENT or ADMIN?
