Rafael Felix Correa commented on KYLIN-4881:
--------------------------------------------

Hi [~fishcus],

The kylin.cube.cubeplanner.enabled property is set at the system level
(meaning, it's in kylin.properties), with no configuration overwrites
whatsoever (neither at the project, nor at the cube level). In my
understanding, the cube should simply inherit this setting and show the Planner
tab, but that's unfortunately not happening.

> Cube owners/Project Admins cannot see the Cube Planner tab in the web UI

> Steps to reproduce:
> * On a LDAP+SAML configured kylin instance, create a cube in any project and
> grant either cube ownership or project admin privileges to a non-admin
> federated user;
> * Login in the web UI as the non-admin user; and
> * Navigate to the cube details page
> What's expected:
> * Cube Owners/Project Admins should see the Planner tab, and have access to
> the Cube Planner feature
> What happens instead:
> * Cube Owners/Project Admins can't see the Planner tab in the UI. triggering
> via API works and Kylin Admins can see it in the UI.
