If I may suggest, you might want to triage which commands (and their options)
are most useful most widely, "progress not perfection". For instance,
MIGRATECOLLECTION seems like something that's rare enough that it should have a
lower priority.
Choose wisely, because this is one of those things that could go on forever ;).
Wouldn't it be cool, for instance, to have a context menu open up when you
hovered over a shard in the graph to allow you to add a replica....
