haha following "progress not perfection" here are the list of collection
commands which I use most frequently (highest to lowest priority)
* ADDREPLICA with ability to choose replica type (T,P,N)
* REBALANCELEADERS: I can add that just next to reload button (maybe) with
default maxAtOnce and maxWaitSeconds
* ADDREPLICAPROP: I mainly use for preferred leader. maybe I can make it
generic but not sure where to place it in UI
* MOVEREPLICA: Never used it. but it's good to have.
