For example, to review the HttpComponents AsyncClient 4.2.1 RC2 currently under
VOTE, you must run install as part of of the review process. When I am done
with the review, I want to get rid of the 4.2.1 version I installed in my local
repository, no matter if my review passes or fail. I also want to make sure
that I get the real 4.2.1 once it is officially released. This has nothing to
do with SNAPSHOT builds.
