Regarding that BUILDING.txt:
bq. Execute the following commands in order to generate Javadoc: mvn install
mvn javadoc:aggregate
What is the reason for the {{mvn install}} here? Why not just {{mvn verify}}?
What is requiring the artifacts to be installed (e.g. {{mvn
javadoc:aggregate}})?
