I checked out that tag and ran all steps mentioned in the BUILDING.txt. Instead
of running {{mvn install}} followed by {{mvn javadoc:aggregate}} you can just
run {{mvn compile javadoc:aggregate}}. That does not require anything to be
installed locally. Running {{mvn javadoc:aggregate}} without the {{compile}}
phase or any phase thereafter the Javadoc report would need the artifacts to be
deployed/installed. Just add the {{compile}} phase into the mix and be done
with it. Will check if the {{javadoc:aggregate}} goal should be updated to fork
the {{compile}} phase instead of {{generate-sources}}. Currently it does
??Invokes the execution of the lifecycle phase generate-sources prior to
executing itself.??. I think that should be updated to {{compile}} instead.
