so test are running on `windows-2022` with `jdk8` and are passing. Please
have a look at the checks done
As already explained in this comment
https://github.com/apache/maven-surefire/pull/3252#discussion_r2772549372,
there is no way to have `windows-latest` working with `jdk8`
